Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-5 after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days . Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently [do/do not] ship outside the U.S. If international shipping is available, rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email (or SMS, if subscribed) with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
IBH Essentials is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need further assistance, email us at ibhbabe@ibhessentials.com.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information are not eligible for refunds. Please contact us immediately if you realize your shipping details are incorrect.
